Acuff offers simple tips to fill your mind with healthier thoughts or “soundtracks,” and his self-deprecating sense of humor runs throughout. I tend to be an overthinker (no surprise to those who know me), so the premise intrigued me. Not only a heart-wrenching and inspiring read but also a testament to the incredible power of storytelling.
